There can be hidden problems that are not evident during the inspection.Our inspections have higher standards than most, but they are limited to unique tests, and is a generalized view of the condition of items at the time of the inspection. Standard inspections are typically not technically exhaustive nor are they destructive or intrusive to building components, in other words, hidden items can exist. However, there are more technically exhaustive inspection available, but these type of inspections are typically requested when there is some evidence to suggest further investigation. A good inspection helps minimize surprises by having an experienced professional look for evident problems or for evidence that may indicate of a hidden problem.
