In addition, we provide an on-site computer presentation by using all the pictures taken, this provides you with a good understanding of the items of concern and allows you to ask questions to the inspector while at the real estate inspection.

Real estate inspection reports are sent via internet to you and any other party involved whom you want to have a copy, to anywhere in the world for most inspections. Larger and older building inspections usually require more time to complete depending on the findings and type of inspection performed. Internet reports are stored at the website and can be viewed at anytime for up to 5-years. In addition to the internet report, you will receive a copy of quality pictures taken durring the inspection.

Quality Takes Time!The average standard real estate inspection takes about 3 to 4 hours on-site and 1 to 3 hours off-site to complete the report.
